How we handle your data

RedefinedWeb s.a.r.l. (“RedefinedWeb”, “we”) runs redefinedweb.com. Our office is at Tilal Ain Saadeh, Snoubar Str. Guilbenkian Bldg. 1st Floor, Beirut, Lebanon. For anything about your data, email info@redefinedweb.com.

When you send an enquiry, we receive your name and email address, and anything else you choose to add: phone or WhatsApp number, business or agency name, the package or offer you’re interested in, when you’d like to start, whether you need an NDA, and your message.

We use this only to reply to your enquiry, discuss your project, and prepare a proposal. We don’t sell it or add you to a mailing list.

Enquiries are delivered to our inbox by email through Resend, our email delivery provider. To block spam, the form uses Cloudflare Turnstile, which checks your browser for signs of automated activity, and we briefly use your IP address to limit repeated submissions.

With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use the site, for example which pages lead to enquiries. Analytics and advertising cookies are only set after you click Accept in the cookie banner. If you click Decline, they aren’t set.

You can change your choice at any time with the Cookie settings button below or in the footer.

If you contact us on WhatsApp, by email, or by phone, we receive the details you share there and use them to reply. WhatsApp messages are also handled under WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

The site is hosted on Vercel, which keeps standard technical logs (such as IP address and browser type) to run and secure the service. Fonts are served from our own site, so loading a page doesn’t send requests to Google Fonts.

We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to respond, work together, and keep proper business records. If you’d like us to delete your enquiry, email us and we will.

You can ask to see, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you by emailing info@redefinedweb.com. If you’re in the EU or UK, you also have the right to object to or restrict how we use it, and to complain to your local data protection authority.
